preface by jon – i have to give a disclaimer that danny was unable to log on and post this on tuesday so i am posting it. it makes no sense to talk about voting or wizards possibly beating the cavs when both already took place, actually the cavs beat the wizards. and now… danny…
on monday night, i was flipping channels between monday night football on espn, monday night raw on usa, and 
"the 20 best and worst celebrity plastic surgery stories" on e! thats how little i care about the world series. especially when its between 2 sports cities that i despise. the only good thing about this world series is chan ho park’s beard. his beard makes him look like a time traveler from the joseon dynasty who’s come to the future disguised as a mediocre relief pitcher. oh pilsung corea!
i used to love drinking all kinds of soda. but now that i’m old, diet coke is the only soda i can drink. i recently had a sip of sprite and it made my throat burn. it was like drinking lemony lime poison. i miss being a kid. speaking of drinking poison, i remember when my mom gave me robitussin for the first time. i had a bad cough so my mom made me take it. at the time, i thought all cough medicine tasted like orange flavored triaminic because that’s all i had. but when she shoved the spoonful of robitussin in my mouth, i immediately spit it out. all over her pants. some of it got on my bugle boy jeans and i never wore them again. the taste alone made me cry. if i ever have to take robitussin again, i’d probably chase it with a miller lite and then jump off a building.
i’m excited for tonight’s wizards/cavs game. i literally hate every player on the cavs. their whole team is annoying and all their players are fugly. without a doubt, they are the ugliest team in the nba. well, 
daniel gibson is kinda cute. but thats it. it will be a close game but its tough to win in cleveland. wizards will probably lose. oh well, capitals. wait, ovechkin is hurt. great. oh well, nationals. Oh yeah, they suck hard. oh well, redskins. ok, now I’m being ridiculous. i ran out of oh wells. uhhh…uhhh….oh well, georgetown cupcakes. there.
and remember, please don’t forget to vote. voting is one of the most important privileges we have as citizens. voting is closed for the week, but i hope that we all strive to vote next week. i don’t want to turn this blog into a political platform, but please…i’m begging you, do not vote for michael irvin. my hope is that we all make a conscious effort not to vote for him because he is a former dallas cowboy and is probably illiterate. therefore, we can’t agree with any of his policies or his foxtrot. its a travesty and an outrage that emmitt smith beat ac slater and won the election a few seasons ago. lets not let this happen again. Instead, lets show our support for aaron carter and his running mate, karina smirnoff. aaron carter deserves our vote because of his opinions on health care and because of his fantastic junebug performance. he’s been overshadowed by his backstreet boy brother his whole life but aaron carter is finally coming into his own. We’ve already let kathy ireland down. i know jon and i supported her campaign because she made such an impact in our lives and bedsheets. But she’s out of the race. let’s make it happen for aaron and karina . vote or die, virginia. Vote. Or. die.
